"As a small business owner, I know first hand that customer service is everything. After 3 months of dealing with a prior insurance agent, I called Rayna and she was ready to sort out the issues on 4 of my cars. Within 24 hours, the issues were resolved, I was back on the App, had my auto-payments turned on and status of my insurance policies updated. Now, I thought I was Wonder Woman but I finally met my match. If you are on the fence to change agents due to lack of response or anything else do not delay and call Rayna.
